Privacy policy

What we collect

• Bookings: name, email, party size, tour date/time, payment status.
• Payments: processed by Mollie or SumUp — we do not store card numbers.
• Captain app: operational data (attendance, onboard sales) entered by crew; PIN login only.
• Amsterdam Facts app: no account required; anonymous browsing of public stories.
• Analytics: standard server logs via Cloudflare (IP, user agent) for security and performance.

How we use data

To confirm bookings, send tour emails, operate check-in, comply with tax/accounting obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Booking records are kept as required for customer support and Dutch tax law. You may request deletion where we have no legal obligation to retain data.
